Martial arts is an excellent complement to any fitness routine. It is a challenging and fun way to develop dynamic physical fitness and self-defense skills. Our adult classes cater to beginners and those who have years of martial arts experience and are itching to get back on the mat. Build cardiovascular endurance and improve core, balance, agility, and strength through various martial arts styles.
We offer two types of classes for adults:
- MMA and Self-Defense: This high-energy class is coed and covers martial arts styles including MMA, boxing, Muay Thai, and self-defense techniques.
- Women’s Self-Defense: This self-defense class caters to women living and working in New York City. Sessions cover how to be aware and prepared for unwanted confrontations and tips on how to avoid dangerous situations altogether while giving you a serious workout.
