New for fall 2017!

We offer teen-only fitness classes to help young people develop healthy habits. Our teen programs focus on providing knowledge and skills to safely exercise in our fitness center. The programs are designed to give participants the opportunity to explore a wide range of activities including strength training, cardio training, weight lifting and a variety of classes. The benefits of regular physical activity last a lifetime, and we will show teens that fitness is fun!

Fitness assessment: Prior to using the gym, all members under the age of 18 must complete a free fitness assessment with one of our personal trainers. To schedule, please contact Davon Miller at

Teen personal training: Teens may work one-on-one with a certified personal trainer, learning how to safely and effectively use the equipment in the fitness center, weight lifting techniques, gym etiquette, and more. Purchase a teen personal training starter pack here
